In the fourth edition of “Office Sessions”, a London-based art and community project founded and directed by Caitlin Mavroleon, “Office Sessions IV: Beak Street” opens on 28 July 2015 and ends 6 August 2015. Over 60 artists exhibit their work in an abandoned office space, with art practice ranging from 3-D/sculptural works to installation, performance, and 2-D pieces such as paintings, photography, and drawings. Much of the work is for sale and is available for viewing on the Private Views (28 July 2015 and 4 August 2015) or by appointment.
On the initial Private View opening 28 July 2015, from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, there will be a number of performances throughout the night, including:
Dalia Animé, “Fixation” at 8:00PM (1st Floor)
Jheni Arboine at various times, “Concrete Poetry” (stairwell)
along with spoken word/poetry by Aidan Dun, a durational sound piece by David Stupple, and more.
